I live in a place that is always FREEZING during the winter and I can't stand it any longer. My sister and I were thinking of moving to the Southern Utah area. Anyone who has been there: how is the weather, environment, and any other facts about the area? Also, what cities would you recommend. Thanks =)

I would highly recommend St. George area. Beautiful area and the gateway to Zion National Park. Also, Bryce National Park and the Grand Canyon (North Rim) are not that far away. St. George is frequently voted as one of the best smaller cities in the US.
